My client is a well-established and award-winning practice in the West Midlands and is seeking an experienced employment solicitor of circa 4+yr PQE or equivalent to take on a key role working closely with the head of department as well as picking up some of their caseload.
The firm boasts an impressive client base ranging from small local businesses through to large PLCs, and the employment team forms a key part of the firm’s commercial offering. You will be handling a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters which are primarily respondent-focused (although may also include some executive claimant work) and will therefore gain exposure to matters including discrimination claims, redundancies, TUPE, restructuring, wrongful dismissal and also advising on staff contracts and handbooks.
You will be joining a thriving and busy team, working alongside a recognised specialist in this field whilst also having the autonomy to build your caseload and run your own matters from instruction to conclusion.
