My client is a well-established full-service law firm in the West Midlands area which is looking to recruit a senior corporate commercial lawyer to join its team in a key role, leading on transactions as well as being involved the growth of this team.
The firm is currently receiving numerous instructions from a long-standing client base, and is now seeking a corporate lawyer of circa 5+ yrs PQE who is comfortable running a transaction from instruction to completion, and can advise a client base of SMEs and larger PLC clients on matters including M&A, sale and asset purchases, joint ventures and MBOs/MBIs, as well as drafting a variety of associated commercial agreements.
The firm will consider those seeking both full-time or part-time roles, and is particularly interested in those with strong client-facing skills and who are keen to be a key part of a growing corporate practice.
