Staffordshire Ref: PR/01200Exceptional opportunity for an ambitious pensions law specialist to join a thriving national firm in a key role.
My client is a highly-regarded Top 100 national firm with a hugely impressive record, both for recent growth and for taking an entrepreneurial approach to the legal market, with an agile structure which sets is apart from many of its competitors.
As part of the planned expansion of the pensions law team the firm is seeking to recruit one or more partner-level candidates with a proven track record within the pensions field for providing high quality advice to clients including FTSE 100, blue-chips and large PLCs.
As this is strategic growth the firm is open to applicants whose experience within the pensions law market can supplement the skills already within the team, and is keen to hear from candidates who can advise on matters such as Occupational Pensions Schemes, SIPPs, auto-enrolment, pension scheme risk management and regulation, and/or also disputes relating to pensions.
With this being a lateral hire the firm will consider either senior pensions law specialists already be at partner level looking to join a thriving firm with an excellent reputation, or ambitious partner designate/legal director level candidates looking to take that next step in their career.
There is an expectation that you will have the ability to attract work, but a guaranteed quantifiable following is not a prerequisite; the firm will consider candidates who can ‘wash their face’ in Year One with a view to then kicking on in Years Two and Three with the support of a talented firm behind them.
Remuneration is excellent and should attract high calibre individuals looking for a partner level role, with the potential for this role to be based in numerous legal hubs outside of London (Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, etc).
