A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer of 4+yrs PQE to join its team in Birmingham in a role which will offers top quality work on a regular basis, including cross-border transactions and technically challenging matters which only the top firms get access to.
The successful applicant is likely to have accrued their experience at a leading international, City or top-tier national firm and will be able to demonstrate a range of technical experience covering mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and venture capital transactions.
You will have at least 4 yrs PQE or equivalent and will be looking to join a prestigious and leading player within the UK and international markets.
Remuneration is towards the top end of market rate and will be tailored to attract the best talent available.
