My client is a leading national firm which has undergone a concerted period of growth for a number of years, and which shows no sign of slowing down! Due to continually high levels of instructions a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer to join its team to work on an impressive caseload of M&A, VC and private equity matters, advising clients including FTSE 100s, household names and blue-chips.
You will be a self-starting corporate lawyer seeking a firm which offers both high calibre work and a healthy work/life balance, with the firm continuing to offer flexible and hybrid working whilst others move away from this.
You will be an experienced transactional specialist with knowledge of the corporate law market including mergers & acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, corporate finance and PE deals. Due to the structure of the team the successful applicant is likely to have accrued circa 4-7yr PQE or equivalent and will be used to working on matters of this nature with some autonomy, with a level of access to clients not always common at this level of qualification.
