My client is a highly-regarded Top 100 firm with an impressive client base and a network of offices across the country. As part of planned expansion within its East Midlands team a new opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer to join its busy transactional practice.
Working alongside the partners you will be dealing with a broad range of corporate law transactions, including inter alia:
– mergers & acquisitions
– company formations and restructures
– MBO/MBIs
– joint ventures
– corporate finance and private equity transactions
Due to the structure of the team the firm are willing to consider corporate lawyers with a broad range of experience ranging from NQ through to circa 7yrs PQE, so candidates up to senior associate level are likely to a suitable fit. You will be joining a thriving part of the firm’s practice in the East Midlands, and prospects for future career advancement are excellent. Remuneration is also highly competitive and will be tailored appropriately relating to proven level of experience within the corporate law field.
