My client is a thriving Legal 500 practice which acts for an impressive client base and advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, share and asset purchases, company formations and restructuring as well as associated corporate commercial and company secretarial matters. The firm continues to expand and an opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer to join the firm in a role which offers access to quality work, yet with a greater degree of flexibility around working arrangements than is typically found with firms of this calibre.
The firm is seeking applications from experienced corporate lawyers who will likely have circa 3-8+ yrs PQE and who are comfortable handling corporate transactions without constant supervision (although guidance from more experienced members of the team is always available) and who are looking to join a close-knit team of high calibre lawyers.
The firm is based in Birmingham although you will have the opportunity to work from home for much of the time should you wish, albeit with the expectation that you can attend the office as and when required. Applicants who are keen to be based in the office most of the time are also very much welcomed, and the opportunity to build your reputation in the local market through networking and business development will be supported.
Remuneration is competitive and will be tailored according to proven ability within the corporate field.
