The firm is a well-established practice within the West Midlands area which has a very good reputation for acting on behalf of both corporate and private clients, as well as boasting a high calibre client base of local and national businesses.
Due to some internal movement (and continually high levels of instructions) an opportunity has arisen for an experienced lawyer to join the firm in a position handling a variety of commercial property instructions as well as potentially corporate commercial and/or litigation matters, and working closely with the partner who heads up the real estate offering.
The firm is willing to consider applications from either commercial property specialists who are looking to solely handle property-related instructions, or lawyers who have perhaps handled real estate matters as part of a more generalist business services caseload and may be looking to maintain this diversity by continuing to act of corporate commercial, M&A and/or commercial disputes work.
Due to the level of supervision available this position is most likely to be suited to candidates with at least 5 years PQE (ideally more if looking to also take on corporate and/or litigation matters) and who are capable of handling their own matters as well as supervising others.
