My client has an excellent reputation for the quality of its commercial property offering and is now looking to strengthen its Birmingham office with the recruitment of an experienced lawyer as part of the next stage of the real estate team’s growth within the city.
The firm offers access to high quality work and clients, and this opportunity also has genuine prospects for both partnership and also to head up the real estate offering in Birmingham in the not-too-distant future. As such the opportunity should appeal to any ambitious lawyers who may feel that they are stuck in a queue and may be seeking a quicker route to seniority, or simply those looking for a change in environment without compromising on the calibre of work they handle.
The firm handles work is of a very high quality and as such you should be a technically strong real estate lawyer and ideally with a broad range of commercial property experience, as opposed to specialising in a particular niche. As this is an expansion role you should also have a demonstrable ability to generate instructions from your own sources, and either have a following of work or a decent client base from which to develop once in the role. Due to the level of supervision involved in the role you will likely have accrued circa 8yrs PQE +, and be comfortable working as part of a large team across numerous offices.
