A requirement has arisen for a self-starting commercial property lawyer to join its team in a role offering access to a broad range of real estate transactions, in a position with scope to develop new areas of property work as well as acting on instructions from the existing client base. You will be working on matters including landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals of land and commercial properties, lease negotiations and renewals as well as corporate support, whilst also being involved in further building up the real estate team through building relationships with both long-standing and new clients.
The role is expected to appeal to a talented commercial property lawyer who enjoys regular access to high quality work, and who is keen to join a forward-thinking firm both offering something a little different and where their efforts can lead to early career advancement. A following is not essential, although naturally applicants with portable relationships and referrers will be of particular interest.
