My client is an ambitious firm based in Birmingham city centre which is undergoing a concerted period of growth, both in terms of headcount and also through a recent relocation to impressive new offices.
The firm has an excellent reputation in dealing with a broad variety of commercial disputes, and is seeking to bolster its team through the hire of an experienced litigation lawyer who is keen to take their career to the next level.
Due to the firm’s structure applications are invited from candidates at a variety of PQE levels, from high calibre NQs right through to experienced senior associates who are looking for a new challenge. You will be working alongside a partner who has impressive track record across a variety of areas of litigation, including IP disputes, contentious insolvency, tax disputes, fraud, shareholder and partnership disputes and chancery matters, so you will be practising alongside one of the best within this field.
The firm is willing to consider applications not only from commercial litigation ‘all-rounders’ but will also look at those who have specialised in particular niche areas such as probate disputes or property litigation and who are looking for an opportunity to diversify their skill-set.
