This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior dispute resolution specialist to join a Top 50 firm with a strong national reputation and a growing Midlands presence which it is seeking to enhance with a key lateral hire.
Our client consistently posts impressive financial results backed up by an ongoing program of growth, and it seeks to expand its dispute resolution team in Birmingham through the hire of an additional Commercial Litigation Partner. You’ll be joining a commercially minded team which handles highvalue and complex commercial disputes across a wide range of industries, advising on matters including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence and corporate governance.
The firm is particularly interested in hearing from talented senior lawyers with a broad set of skills and who ideally also have a particular niche or specialism to their litigation practice which could enhance the firm’s already-excellent contentious offering.
The ideal candidate will be an established Commercial Litigation Partner or Principal Associate/Legal Director looking to take a step forward in their career, and who can bring both strong technical skills and also a proven ability to generate instructions through their network of connections. As mentioned above a candidate who may have a particular niche or specialism within the wider dispute resolution field will be of real interest, although this is not a prerequisite.
