Exceptional opportunity for a commercial litigation lawyer in a role offering both great quality work and potential for flexible/remote working.
My client is an award-winning firm with an excellent reputation in the commercial litigation field, and it is now seeking to add a talented dispute resolution lawyer to its team of recognised experts. You will likely have a diverse range of commercial litigation experience, although litigators who have knowledge of contentious insolvency and/or civil fraud and asset recovery will be of particular interest, as the firm is seeing an increasing level of enquiries within these areas.
The firm has a long-standing commitment to flexibility around working arrangements, and would consider either an applicant of circa 2-5yr PQE or equivalent seeking a full-time role and/or those with a greater level of PQE looking for reduced hours with a preference for these to split across 5 shorter days if possible.
The role can be office-based, hybrid or almost entirely remote-working, with only occasional trips to the firm’s office near Birmingham.
