A well-established law firm in the West Midlands is seeking a litigation lawyer to join its busy dispute resolution team. Working alongside an existing head of department you will have the opportunity to handle your own caseload, and the firm is open as to whether the litigation lawyer is a Solicitor (likely to be circa NQ level if so), a legal executive or an experienced litigation paralegal looking to take a step forward in their career.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including small claims, settlement agreements and debt recovery, while supporting senior fee earners on more complex disputes.
The Role
– Managing a caseload of litigation matters including small claims and debt collection
– Advising clients on settlement agreements and dispute resolution matters
– Supporting senior lawyers on a range of contentious matters
– Maintaining excellent client care and file management standards
About You
– Solicitor or circa NQ level or equivalent, legal executive, or experienced Litigation Paralegal
– Previous experience in civil litigation, dispute resolution and/or debt recovery
– Strong organisational and communication skills
– Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
