The firm boasts a high calibre residential development team and is keen to bolster its Birmingham offering through the recruitment of a senior associate-level lawyer with solid experience in this niche.
You will be a residential development specialist with a proven track record, able to turn your hand to a range of matters including:
– Acquisition and development of mixed-use sites
– Acting for housebuilders on land acquisitions
– Advising on option agreements and partnership agreements
– Site acquisitions, disposals and strategic land acquisitions
– Site set-ups and plot sales
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a firm which is currently undergoing a period of growth and expansion, and you will be joining a thriving residential development team in Birmingham which also has the support of other colleagues in locations across the country. You will likely have accrued circa 7+yrs PQE or equivalent, and will be looking to join a firm which offers flexibility around working arrangements, highly competitive remuneration packages and excellent career prospects for ambitious individuals keen to move forward.
