Property Litigation Senior Associate/Director

Exceptional opportunity for an experienced property litigation lawyer to join a prominent Top 100 national firm in its Birmingham office handling top quality work.
 
My client is a leading name within the UK legal market which has patiently built its reputation over many years, consistently reporting above-target figures and climbing the various legal rankings.
 
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property disputes specialist to take on a key role within its Birmingham city centre office, in a position which offers excellent career prospects and the opportunity to work with some great clients – and no requirement for a following.
 
The firm is looking for a real estate litigation ‘all-rounder’ who is comfortable providing advice across a variety of property disputes, handling matters such as landlord & tenant disputes, break notices, dilapidations, easements/right of way disputes, boundary disputes and possession proceedings. The firm acts for a very impressive client base including a number of household names and across a broad range of sectors, and hence this is an opportunity to deal with quality work on a regular basis.
 
The firm expects that the role will be best suited to an experienced property litigator with at least 5yrs PQE or equivalent, and is willing to consider high calibre applicants up to director level. The firm is also willing to consider applicants with less PQE than indicated above providing they have the drive and ambition to handle work which is a tier above what most firms in Birmingham can offer.
 
Remuneration is excellent and will be toward the top end of the local market rate.
