An exciting opportunity has arisen for a property disputes specialist to take on a key role within its Cambridge office, in a position which offers excellent career prospects and the opportunity to work with some great clients.
The firm is looking for a real estate litigation lawyer to advise on a range of property disputes, handling matters such as landlord & tenant disputes, break notices, dilapidations, easements/right of way disputes, boundary disputes and possession proceedings. The firm acts for a very impressive client base including a number of household names and across a broad range of sectors, and hence this is an opportunity to deal with quality work on a regular basis.
Due to the structure of the team the firm expects that the successful applicant will have accrued circa 1-5yrs PQE or equivalent, and the firm is keen to recruit an ambitious lawyer who is looking for a long-term move with strong career prospects. Remuneration is highly competitive and will be toward the top end of market rate for the area.
