My client is a high calibre regional player which has practised within the Midlands market for generations, and which is now looking to bolster its well-regarded private client offering through the hire of a wills & probate lawyer at circa 6+yr PQE.
Handling a mixed caseload of private client work you will be advising an impressive client base – including High Net Worth individuals – on matters including wills, probate, Powers of Attorney, estate administration, trusts and tax planning, with the potential for some clients to have offshore and international elements to consider.
