Are you an experienced private client specialist, looking for a role offering a route to partnership?
We are currently recruiting for an experienced private client lawyer to join our client’s well-established team in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and technically strong specialist within the wills, probate, estate administration and tax planning fields to step into a senior role with clear progression opportunities.
As a key member of the Private Client team, you will manage a high-quality caseload covering a range of matters, including:
·Wills
·Lasting Powers of Attorney
·Inheritance Tax Planning
·Probate and Estate Administration
·Elderly Client Law
You will also be expected to supervise junior lawyers within the team and actively participate in business development and networking opportunities across Berkshire and the wider Thames Valley region to raise the profile of the firm’s private client offering.
You will be an experienced private client lawyer likely to have accrued 8+yrs PQE within this sector, with both strong technical and client-facing skills and who can build relationships with potential referrers. You will be looking for a role where you have a highly-regarded firm behind you with an established band within the private client market, and which offers excellent partnership prospects in the near future.
