With the potential for the role to be based out of various offices in locations including London, the South West or in the north of England, this is an exceptional role for an IP specialist looking to work alongside other recognised specialists in this field with access to high quality international and blue-chip brands.
It is initially envisaged that the successful applicant will be a non-contentious IP specialist although a significantly senior and well-connected IP litigator would also be of interest. It is expected that you will currently be a partner at a recognised national, international or City practice with a demonstrable track record of advising clients on a broad range of intellectual property issues, including trademarks, patents, copyright, database rights and passing-off matters.
