Cantonese-speaking immigration lawyer required by thriving firm in Birmingham city centre due to expansion in 2024.
We are working with a leading international firm which has an excellent reputation for advising a high calibre client base across a variety of commercial disciplines. The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced business immigration lawyer to be based in Birmingham, but advising clients both across the UK and in the Far East.
You will likely have accrued circa 4+yrs PQE within the business immigration market, and will be well-versed in a variety of immigration matters including:
– sponsor licence applications
– work-related visa sponsorship
– Right to Work
– naturalisation
– support on corporate transactions with immigration considerations
Due to the nature of the client base you will be acting for you must be a Cantonese-speaker, and also qualified to practise as a lawyer in England & Wales. Business immigration lawyers who are also fluent in Mandarin will be of particular interest, but Cantonese proficiency is a must.
Remuneration is highly competitive, and is likely to sit somewhere between £60k-80k dependent upon proven experience within the business immigration field.
