Our client is seeking an ambitious NQ-4 PQE Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its successful and growing family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-quality caseload with a particular focus on divorce, financial remedy matters, and associated family finance issues.
You’ll advise a broad range of clients on exclusively privately-funded family law matters including divorce proceedings, cohabitation disputes, financial settlements, ancillary relief and related family law matters, and will be working alongside experienced and well-respected practitioners in a supportive environment that genuinely invests in career development.
The successful candidate will have:
– 0-4 years’ PQE in family law (NQs must have completed at least one seat in privately-funded family law)
– Experience of both divorce and financial remedy matters
– Strong client care and communication skills
– A proactive and commercial approach to case management
