My client is a highly-regarded full service law firm which enjoys an excellent reputation across the country for the quality of its work and client base, and which is now looking to grow its team in Birmingham through the hire of an employment partner to advise both respondent and high end claimant clients.
You will be comfortable advising on an array of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, as well as being keen to supervise and develop more junior team members and trainees. This is a rare opportunity to take on a senior level and exciting opportunity as part of a growing employment practice in the city.
It is likely that you will have proven business development skills and the potential of some clients interested in moving with you, and are seeking a supportive environment within a firm which offers a strong remuneration and benefits package with the prospect of hybrid working.
