The firm is a long-standing and highly-regarded firm in the West Midlands area which has an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer of circa 2+yrs PQE to join its transactional team.
Advising an impressive client base of PLCs, SMEs, OMBs and start-ups, you will be working on matters including:
– mergers and acquisitions
– MBOs/MBIs
– share and asset purchases and sales
– joint ventures
– reorganisations
You will be looking to join a well-regarded firm which has a strong corporate offering and which is looking to expand this with the hire of an experienced lawyer with proven experience in the corporate law sector. The firm is ideally located for ambitious corporate specialists who may be located in the north Birmingham/Staffordshire/Derbyshire locations and who are looking for quality work without the need to commute into Birmingham city centre.
