My client is a leading boutique in London which has an excellent reputation within the corporate law market, acting primarily for start-ups and providing a full-range of legal services to business in the early years of their growth and development. As a result the position offers exposure not only to corporate transactional matters but also the opportunity to advise on commercial matters, IP, employment, potentially even litigation – you’re guaranteed that no two days are the same!
As the firm continues to thrive due to its high calibre client base and regular flow of recommendations (including international instructions) the firm has identified a need for an experienced lawyer to join its team. You will have a proven track record of dealing with corporate commercial transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs, company formations and restructuring, and will be looking to join a firm where there is excellent scope for career advancement including partnership prospects. Additional experience in other areas of law would be an advantage but certainly not essential.
The firm is open on the level of qualification of the successful applicant; you will likely have 5+yrs PQE or equivalent as a minimum but there is no perceived upper end of the experience level:- providing you have strong technical skills, are committed to delivering an excellent level of service to clients, have a positive approach to your work, and are looking for a long-term move to join the firm on its journey then our client wants to hear from you!
