My client is a well-established law firm which enjoys an enviable reputation both for the calibre of its client base and for the lawyers it hires to act for them. An opportunity has arisen within its fast-growing corporate immigration practice for a lawyer of at least 5yrs PQE or equivalent to join the firm in London, working on behalf of an impressive range of blue-chips and PLCs as well as HNW individuals seeking expert advice on a range of business immigration matters.
You will have a solid track record of working specifically on business-related immigration matters and will be able to advise on matters including settlement visas, global talent visas, innovator visas and British nationality applications, whilst also advising businesses setting-up and managing sponsor licenses as well as worker and temporary worker visas. You will also have the opportunity to advise on immigration-related matters resulting from the firm’s corporate transactions, including licence downgrades and revocations.
