Leicestershire Ref: PR/01219Are you an ambitious commercial property lawyer, looking for that much sought-after combination of high quality work, attractive salary and healthy work/life balance?
My client is a thriving national player which is consistently recognised as a leading provider of legal services to commercial clients, with many of these being prominent FTSE-listed and blue-chip businesses. Despite this the firm also does an admirable job of being a genuinely good place to work, recognised by various sources as an employer of choice, and offering clear career paths to all of its staff who are seeking a long-term role with progression.
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial property lawyer of circa 2-5yrs PQE or equivalent to join its real estate team, an area in which it is recognised as a top-tier firm across its various locations. As such you will be dealing with high quality clients on a regular basis, and will be providing advice on a varied commercial property caseload including;
– Acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties and units
– Development matters
– Landlord & tenant
– Lease negotiations, renewals and drafting
– Licenses to assign
– Corporate support matters
– Transactions of agricultural properties
This is an exceptional opportunity for either a commercial property candidate who may be looking to move up to a larger firm, or indeed a real estate lawyer at a leading national or City firm looking for better scope for advancement (or more sensible working hours!) but without compromising on the calibre of work and clients you will be acting for.
Remuneration is highly competitive and is likely to fall within the £55k-65k bracket, as well as having an attractive benefits package.
