Thriving and expanding national firm with a high quality real estate offering seeks experienced commercial property specialists to bolster its Bristol offering.
My client is a well-established yet modern-thinking Top 100 law firm which has an excellent reputation across a range of legal disciplines, though arguably the ‘jewel in the crown’ is its commercial property team which acts for an impressive array of clients across the country.
The firm is looking to strengthen its real estate presence within the Bristol and South West market and is keen to recruit an experienced commercial property law specialist to join its team at a senior level; initially envisaged as a senior associate although a partner hire would also be considered for the right person.
The firm has an impressive track record of promoting from within, so if you are an ambitious individual with a strong track record in this field, but find yourself either in a queue or at a firm where partnership is hard to achieve then this could well be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for!
You will likely have dealt with a variety of commercial property matters throughout your career and will be comfortable with instructions including landlord & tenant, development matters, acquisition and disposals of commercial properties and the negotiation and renewal of leases, as well as providing real estate support on the property aspects of corporate transactions.
Applicants with experience in complimentary areas such as agricultural property will be of real interest (although not a prerequisite) whilst candidates who have dealt with property matters in the healthcare and/or dental fields are particularly encouraged to apply.
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be dependent upon proven ability within the commercial property field, whilst the value of any following of clients will also be reflected in the package.
