Berkshire Ref: PR/01160Exceptional opportunity for an experienced commercial property specialist to join a thriving Legal 500 firm in a key role.
My client is recognised as a leading player within the legal services market, acting for a high calibre commercial client base across a variety of disciplines. Having expanded significantly over recent years through both organic growth and a number of key lateral hires, the firm is seeking to recruit a senior commercial property specialist at either director or partner-level to help drive its real estate offering forward.
You will be an experienced property law specialist who is able to turn their hand to a broad range of commercial real estate disciplines and is used to advising a high quality client base on various aspects of commercial property relating to the success of their business. The firm is particularly looking for experience in development matters, but beyond that is open to applicants who may either have a particular niche or those who might enjoy undertaking a variety of matters, and is looking to bring this experience to a prominent player in the market.
You will likely also have a portable client base or referral network but this need not be extensive; the firm takes a long-term view to successful hires and realises these may take time to build up, and so anyone able to ‘wash their face’ in Year One may fit the bill. Previous managerial experience will be ideally sought as this position will also involve overseeing the work of the local commercial property team, as well as being part of the larger national practice.
