My client is a leading Legal 500 practice with an excellent reputation across a range of disciplines, acting for both commercial and private clients alike. With a busy pipeline of new instructions the firm is looking to bolster its commercial property offering and is looking for a high calibre individual to compliment its already-excellent team.
You will be working on a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, landlord & tenant matters, development, lease negotiations and renewals, property finance and also providing support on the property elements of transactions handled by the corporate team, This is a challenging role offering exposure to a broad array of work meaning no two days are the same!
The firm is ideally seeking candidates with circa 3-5yrs PQE or equivalent (although is open to looking at applicants who have either less or more experience than this) providing they can display strong technical skills within the commercial real estate sector and excellent levels of client care.
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be dependent upon proven ability within this field.
