My client is a well-established regional heavyweight with an impressive client base of both private individuals and commercial businesses, and which is now seeking to recruit an experienced real estate specialist to advise on a range of commercial property transactions.
Likely to be targeted at the circa 4-6yr PQE mark, you will be an experienced commercial property lawyer who is comfortable advising on a variety of instruction including acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant, lease negotiations and renewals, development matters and corporate support work, and you will be joining a firm which has recently made a number of significant hires within its business services team.
