The firm acts for an impressive range of business clients, and in this role you will be working as part of a partner-led team on a variety of commercial litigation matters. The dispute resolution caseload is varied and will include, inter alia:
– shareholder and partnership disputes
– professional negligence
– contentious insolvency
– contested debt recovery
– breach of covenant, and
– civil fraud
The firm is seeking to recruit a litigation solicitor of between 1-4yrs PQE so this represents a superb opportunity for a dispute resolution specialist who may be towards the start of their post-qualification career to join a market leader which is also recognised as being a genuinely nice place to work.
