My client is a thriving Top 200 firm which is undergoing a planned period of expansion, with growth in its Birmingham commercial litigation team being high on the list of priorities due to continually high levels of instructions coming in.
 
With the firm’s unique offering – and its investment in the technology which powers the practice – the role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious commercial litigator who is looking to access high quality dispute resolution matters as well as overseeing more junior lawyers within their team.
 
The role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload including shareholder and partnership disputes, construction disputes, property litigation, contractual disputes and professional negligence, and you will be acting for an impressive client bases of businesses across the country.
 
As well as exposure to high quality matters the firm also offers scope for career development alongside hybrid working opportunities, with a requirement to be in Birmingham only 2 days per week.
