West Midlands Ref: PR/01218Exceptional opportunity for an experienced dispute resolution specialist to join this thriving national firm at partner level, based in the West and/or East Midlands
My client is one of the ongoing success stories within the UK legal market, and has continued to report significant levels of growth both geographically and through expansion, with the firm having recruited a significant number of partners already this year.
The firm is now looking to hire a proactive and business-savvy commercial litigation partner to join its team in a key role based in a number of locations across the Midlands. The firm recognises that followings can be difficult for litigators to quantify, and thus an experienced dispute resolution lawyer who has a track record for winning and attracting clients (including cross-selling internally) will be of as much interest as someone with live matters to bring with them.
You will likely have accrued circa 10+yrs PQE within the commercial litigation field, and may be a talented all-rounder or potentially have developed a niche to compliment the firm’s already-strong reputation across a number of other legal disciplines. You will have excellent client-facing skills which lead to referrals and recommendations, and will be looking to bring these attributes to a Top 100 firm which is known for supporting ambitious lawyers who are keen to build their practice.
Remuneration is excellent and should attract either ambitious senior/principal associate or legal director level candidates looking to take a step forward in their career, or an existing partner looking to join a forward-thinking firm which rewards top performers.
