My client is a thriving and highly-regarded Top 100 national firm with an excellent reputation for attracting top quality work and lawyers. The practice continues to expand and posts impressive financial results, and this rare opportunity has arisen for a commercial litigator to join its thriving dispute resolution team, working alongside partners recognised as leaders in their field by the Legal 500.
 
You will have accrued between 1-6yr PQE or equivalent within the commercial litigation field and should have dealt with a broad range of dispute resolution matters, likely to include inter alia, shareholder & partnership disputes, professional negligence, restrictive covenants, breach of contract and civil fraud work. You will likely have built up this experience at a leading national firm or a highly-regarded regional practice where quality work and clients is the norm.
 
The firm has undertaken a number of high profile matters recently and also has a proven track record of promoting from within, so candidates looking to join a recognised player within the commercial litigation market where there is a clear career path for advancement should be interested!
