Superb opportunity for an ambitious commercial litigation specialist to join a fast-growing Top 200 firm in Birmingham.
My client is a well-established and thriving Top 200 firm with an excellent (and growing) reputation due to its innovative approach to the legal market, embracing technology as a cornerstone of its success.
With ongoing plans for expansion the firm is seeking to recruit a high calibre commercial litigation lawyer for its dispute resolution team, advising on a broad range of contentious matters for commercial clients. Ideally targeted at the circa 2-5yr PQE mark (or equivalent) the firm is keen to speak with candidates who may have handled specialist litigation areas or across a number of fields, including:
– commercial litigation, such as shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, breach of contract, etc
– property litigation including contentious landlord and tenant, lease disputes, dilapidations, etc
– construction litigation, such as defective design, contractor and sub-contractor disputes, professional negligence
