My client is a leading firm which boasts an impressive pedigree across a number of legal disciplines, not least within the agricultural sector where it is recognised as a genuine heavyweight with a market-leading reputation.
As part of its ongoing expansion in Birmingham the firm is looking to recruit an experienced property lawyer to work with its clients within the agricultural and landed estates field.
Working closely with a senior associate and as part of a firm-wide national team, you will be handling a caseload of transactions such as:
– farm payment entitlements
– tenancy agreements
– sales and purchases of agricultural land
– overage and option agreements
This is an exceptional opportunity for a lawyer with previous experience of working on agricultural property matters, perhaps as part of a larger caseload, and who now wants to focus on developing their career with a prominent firm within the agricultural and landed estates sector.
It is likely that you will have accrued between 1-4yrs PQE or equivalent and will be looking to join a leading firm in Birmingham which is recognised for both high quality work and offering genuine career prospects for those looking for personal development.
