Leading international firm seeks non-contentious construction lawyer to join its rapidly expanding team, advising on major UK and international projects.
In this newly-created role you’ll be working closely with senior construction lawyers locally and across the country on highprofile projects in the public and private sectors, advising clients including contractors, investors, developers and local government. The firm is seeking to recruit a solicitor who is keen to specialise in non-contentious construction law matters including:
·Drafting and negotiating a range of construction and engineering contracts, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke agreements
·Advising on major development and infrastructure projects from procurement through to completion
·Collaborating with colleagues across real estate and projects teams, nationally and internationally
·Carrying out due diligence
The firm is seeking applications from construction lawyers who have between 0-18 months PQE (including those approaching qualification) who have a genuine interest in non-contentious construction law and a desire to pursue a career within this discipline. Ideally this experience will have been gained within a leading national, international or high calibre regional firm, and you will be looking to join a close-knit team which has undergone an extensive period of growth recently, linked to the success it has enjoyed.
