Working alongside an experienced partner – and with a view to succession planning – you will be a talented insolvency law specialist who ideally has a range of both contentious and non-contentious experience including restructuring, bankruptcies and claims against both directors and individuals. You will have the opportunity to act on both domestic and international insolvency matters, and as such this role should be highly attractive to an ambitious insolvency lawyer keen to take the next step forward in their career.
The firm is keen to speak with high quality insolvency lawyers who have both excellent technical experience and also strong client-facing skills, and whilst there is no requirement for a following a candidate who enjoys networking and building relationships with other professionals including IPs will be of particular interest.
