Experienced family lawyer sought by well-established firm to join its busy Cambridgeshire office.
My client is seeking to recruit an experienced family law practitioner to handle matters for privately-paying clients to include matrimonial disputes, Children matters, cohabitation disputes and ancillary relief. This role will provide the autonomy to work in a largely unsupervised capacity and thus you should be capable of handling your own caseload, although you will be working as part of a larger department with the ability to call upon additional assistance if needed.
As such the firm is willing to consider applications from a broad range of PQE levels providing candidates can display the ability to provide an excellent level of client care without regular supervision, hence both candidates with significant levels of PQE and less qualified lawyers with strong pre-qualification experience are equally likely to be suitable.
The firm is willing to consider applicants seeking both full-time or part-time hours, and flexible working arrangements are in place as standard. Candidates with a desire to progress are also encouraged to apply as the firm has a proven track record for promoting from within.
