My client is a Top 100-ranked firm located in numerous key legal hubs across the country and which is highly-regarded for its real estate offering, acting for an impressive range of clients including PLCs, blue-chips, retailers, commercial occupiers, developers and housebuilders.
The firm, which offers highly competitive remuneration packages and hybrid working as well as excellent opportunities for career advancement, is looking to bolsters its commercial property department in Birmingham through the recruitment of an experienced real estate lawyer to work alongside various Legal 500 and Chambers-listed partners.
You will likely have a broad range of commercial property experience and be looking for a challenging role with access to matters including lease negotiations and renewals, acquisitions and disposals of commercial real estate, regeneration and also providing corporate support.
Due to the structure of the team it is anticipated that the position will be most suited to those of circa 6-8yrs PQE or equivalent who are looking for a commercial property lawyer role with scope to grow and develop as you build your experience further.
