My client is a well-established Top 100 firm which has an enviable reputation for its corporate offering, which is Tier 1-ranked by the Legal 500. The firm is enjoying a busy period of instructions which shows no sign of slowing down, and it is now looking to recruit an experienced corporate associate, likely to be of circa 3-5yrs PQE or equivalent, to join its business services practice in Leeds.
You will be working on a variety of corporate transactions, including:
– Mergers & Acquisitions
– Corporate restructuring and re-organisations
– Private equity
– Venture capital
– Corporate finance and
– Corporate governance
You will be an experienced corporate lawyer with a passion for providing high quality advice to clients, and be comfortable managing all stages of a transaction whilst working alongside other senior members of the team. You will be keen to take on a position where you can grow and thrive as a corporate associate, with scope for career advancement for those keen to develop.
