My client is a well-established firm with a national presence and which is looking to recruit an experienced commercial property specialist, both to handle good quality work and also be part of the further expansion of that department within the West Midlands area.
The firm acts for a well-established client base of both commercial and private clients, and it is now seeking to recruit a commercial property lawyer of at least 3 years PQE to join its team in north Birmingham to handle their own caseload of matters, as well as getting involved in business development within the region.
You will have accrued a broad range of commercial property experience and will be comfortable advising on matters relating to acquisitions and disposals of commercial properties, lease negotiations and renewals, landlord & tenant matters and development matters, and will be acting for clients including SMEs and PLCs and within a variety of business sectors.
You will have the opportunity to liaise directly with clients and also have scope to get involved in the business development side to build both your personal reputation and that of the firm, through networking and marketing initiatives as the firms seeks to be the ‘go-to’ supplier within the local area.
Remuneration is competitive and will depend upon proven track record within the commercial property field.
