As part of the firm’s expansion plans an opportunity has arisen for a corporate lawyer of circa 3-4+ yrs PQE to join its team, advising business on an array of matters including M&A, joint ventures, MBOs/MBIs, share and asset sales and purchases and reorganisations.
You will be advising clients ranging from owner managed businesses and SMEs through to PLCs and those with an international platform, as the firm has an excellent reputation within the corporate space and continually attracts high quality work. You will be working closely with the head of department on such matters, as well as having the opportunity to get involved in marketing and networking within the local market to raise the profile of the firm further, as well as to develop your own standing as the ‘go-to’ person for corporate matters within your professional peer network.
