High calibre planning lawyer sought by leading national firm in Birmingham city centre.
We are working with a thriving and ambitious national firm which records excellent results year-on-year and which has undergone an impressive period of growth. As part of this expansion the firm is now looking to bolster its Legal 500-rated planning law team through the hire of an experienced lawyer.
You will have a broad range of planning experience and be looking to handle a diverse caseload including, inter alia, section 106 agreements, Compulsory Purchase matters, planning appeals, section 278 agreements, enforcement, judicial reviews and challenges in the High Court, with the emphasis being on the quality of the work and client base throughout.
There will be some flexibility around levels of qualification, although it is anticipated that due to the structure of the team and level of supervision on offer candidates of circa 2-6yr PQE will be the optimum fit for the opportunity.
