My client is a well-established regional practice based in south Staffordshire and which has an excellent reputation for providing quality advice to both private and commercial clients alike.
The firm is seeking to recruit an experienced fee-earner to undertake a role focusing specifically on matters relating to the preparation of wills and LPAs, working as part of the larger private client offering which undertakes a full range of services within this discipline.
This opportunity offers lots of flexibility, with the hours of work being approximately 4 days per week (or equivalent) as well as having scope for home-working, so applicants looking for a position to fit around school hours or other personal requirements may find this to be an excellent fit for their needs.
You will have previous experience within the wills and LPAs sector including the drafting of wills from client instructions, incorporating property trusts and discretionary trusts, and the preparations of Lasting Powers of Attorney with minimal supervision. You will be comfortable dealing with clients face-to-face, both in the office and out on site including client’s homes, hospital visits or at care homes from time to time.
This is an excellent role for an experienced private client practitioner looking to handle quality work on a regular basis; the role would suit a qualified solicitor/legal executive or non-qualified applicant equally, providing they can display evidence of the required skill-set to undertake the position.
Remuneration is competitive and should attract experienced individuals keen to take their career forward within a supportive and flexible working environment.
