Insolvency Senior Associate 144 views

Superb opportunity for an experienced restructuring and insolvency specialist to join a leading national firm in Birmingham.

My client is a highly impressive national firm which has continually exceeded all expectations (including its own!), achieving exceptional levels of growth and posting strong financial results year-on-year, despite challenging market conditions.

As part of this ongoing expansion the firm is seeking to recruit an experienced restructuring and insolvency lawyer into its Birmingham office to work on behalf of a high calibre client base, dealing with both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters. The team in Birmingham is led by a well-regarded partner with a diverse range of experience themselves, so you will be advising on both corporate insolvencies and some personal insolvency work, restructuring of struggling businesses as well as dealing with bankruptcies and any subsequent litigation and recovery of outstanding debts.

You will be an experienced and ambitious insolvency & restructuring specialist looking to join a firm which enjoys low rates of staff turnover and has a proven track record of nurturing and developing talent from within wherever possible. You will be comfortable advising a varied client base including IPs, company directors and creditors, and will be looking to bring this skill-set to a firm which is recognised as a leading player in the national market.

Applications are open to candidates at all levels of qualification from 2-3yr PQE through to senior associate/legal director level. Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the best talent in the market who are seeking work commensurate with the leading national firms but where there is a proven commitment to a healthy work/life balance including scope for flexible working.
