Head of Private Client 90 views

Ambitious private client lawyer?

·         Keen to make a senior level move, but frustrated by the constant requirement for a guaranteed following?

·         Looking for a well-regarded brand which consistently attracts High Net Worth clients and challenging work by reputation alone?

·         Perhaps commuting into London from the Thames Valley in pursuit of the best work, and missing out on what might be on your doorstep?

My client is a leading firm with a hugely impressive set-up and infrastructure, which has undergone a significant period of growth and development which shows no sign of slowing down. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced private client lawyer to head up a team of enthusiastic experts, all of whom are very capable and impressive individually but who are seeking the guidance of a senior lawyer to provide additional guidance and mentoring, as well as to deal with complex matters themselves.

The firm has a very modern outlook but is well-established, so has a sizeable will bank and a considerable number of returning clients for whom the practice has acted for generations. As there is no shortage of work the firm is not asking for a guaranteed or portable following, but is instead keen to recruit the right individual who fits in with the firm’s culture and ethos.

It is expected that you will be an all-round expert within this field, able to turn your hand to a range of high quality work including complex wills, trusts work and tax planning matters. Some experience of dealing with international clients and offshore trusts would be of particular interest, although not essential.

The firm offers a highly competitive remuneration package which will attract the very best talent available.

To discuss the opportunity in more detail please call Greg Reid at Price Richardson on 0121 582 0375 in absolute confidence, or forward your CV to greg.reid@pricerichardson.com. Alternatively you can apply online using the link provided.
