My client is a well-established and highly-regarded Legal 500 firm which acts for an impressive client base ranging from local SMEs through to large PLCs and owner-managed businesses. The firm is continuing to expand to accommodate the levels of instructions and thus an exceptional opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join the team to handle both contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will be a qualified (or imminently qualifying) employment solicitor of up to 3yrs PQE or equivalent, with experience from your training of advising respondents on employment issues including discrimination claims, employment contracts, staff handbooks, wrongful dismissal, etc. This experience will have ideally been accrued working within a recognised national or regional heavyweight; ideally some experience of corporate support and TUPE will be beneficial, although not a prerequisite.
