You will be an experienced corporate lawyer, likely having accrued circa 8+yrs PQE and with a broad range of knowledge covering company restructuring, M&A, joint ventures, MBO/MBIs and share transactions, and with a proven track record for delivering a high level of expertise to clients. The firm’s client base in diverse and ranges from SMEs and owner-managed businesses through to large PLCs and household names, so you will have the opportunity to work on quality matters from Day One.
Remuneration is highly competitive and should attract the very best talent in the market. As mentioned a following is not essential although applicants who do have connections, clients and/or referrers to move with them will naturally be of particular interest.
